Wallpaper Color, Description and Style Disclaimer

Our Local Wallpaper Studio does not provide a warranty for the accuracy of our product information, including product descriptions, color, and style categories. Please note that the color representation of the actual product may slightly differ due to differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, and video screens. The color, style, and product descriptions displayed on our website are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, but we make every effort to provide the closest representation possible. To ensure complete accuracy of a product, we recommend purchasing samples.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order with Our Local Wallpaper Studio, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. 

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact our suppliers to confirm that the ordered item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item(s) are unavailable or on back-order, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If the item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipments and Delivery

Our Local Wallpaper Studio offers free ground shipping to customers residing in the continental United States for orders over $149.00. A shipping fee of $11.99 will be charged for orders that are less than $149.00. Samples are priced at $4.99 each with free shipping. Customers located in Hawaii and Alaska will be contacted within 24-48 hours to provide details about special shipping rates. All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. 

We utilize standard shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS to deliver orders, and tracking information will be provided to customers as soon as it is available. Sample orders will be shipped via USPS and may take up to 10 business days to receive without tracking information. We will contact customers within the processing time if items in their order are unavailable, on back-order, or out of stock. Kindly note that shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes as UPS and FedEx do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Returns and Replacements

As a business, Our Local Wallpaper Studio understands that an occasional return may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we require customers to request authorization to return merchandise within 15 days of receiving their shipment. Any wallpaper returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless defective. It is important that customers inspect the order thoroughly upon receipt for correct quantity and pattern.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including items over 15 days from the delivery date, custom printed designs, any stated clearance, specials, or discontinued items, samples, and any merchandise returned in non-resalable condition. Additionally, merchandise returned without a return authorization will not be accepted for return. Customers are advised not to send return items back to us without prior authorization, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items.

Please note, we do not provide refunds for wallpapers that are not installed correctly. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the wallpaper is installed correctly. We highly recommend using a professional wallpaper installer to ensure proper installation. Any damage or issues that arise from improper installation will not be the responsibility of Our Local Wallpaper Studio, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.

Packaging and Shipping Your Return(s)

It is important you contact Our Local Wallpaper Studio in advance to receive a return authorization number. Please do not send items back to us without a return authorization. Our customer service staff will not know to process your refund without a return authorization.

Please note that our Returns Department representative will process your return request within 3-4 business days. Once your request has been approved, we will email you a return authorization number, which must be included on the outside of the package containing the returned merchandise. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please ship your return package to the designated address provided by us once your request has been accepted and processed. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during the shipping process, and we highly recommend that you ship your return with a tracking number and insurance. If you have any questions or need assistance with the return process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service personnel.


It is recommended that customers order a sample of wallpaper or fabric prior to making a purchase. Please note that the color displayed on your computer screen may differ slightly from the actual product. While we strive to ensure that the color of our products is accurately represented on our website, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, including but not limited to brightness and contrast. All samples provided by Our Local Wallpaper Studio are non-refundable and not returnable for store credit.

Custom Orders

As a policy of Our Local Wallpaper Studio deems all custom wallpaper orders as non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-returnable products. This includes all products that are made to order or require any type of customization. By placing a custom order with Our Local Wallpaper Studio, you agree to the non-refundable nature of your purchase. In the event that you need to cancel or modify a custom order, we must be notified immediately to assess the feasibility of such changes. 

Please note that any changes made to a custom order may be subject to additional charges, and that all changes are subject to the discretion of Our Local Wallpaper Studio. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding our custom order policy.
